The Music Tree sessions are held weekly in Byron Bay and Bangalow. Sessions are also offered on a one-off basis for special events and playgroups.

The Music Tree NSW is run by Anna, who has an Associate Diploma of Music majoring in Jazz and Contemporary Music  and an ATCL in Classical Piano and Theory of Music.

She is an experienced music educator, performer and choral conductor who has over 20 years experience teaching both privately and in the school system.   An accomplished soloist, accompanist, song writer and arranger, Anna has worked extensively with many orchestras and bands, and for a number of years performed as resident pianist/vocalist at Launceston Casino in Tasmania.

Anna is currently involved in music therapy as a Musical Director and educator for On Track Community Programs Northern Rivers and is passionate about education through music and sharing the positive effects of the creative and visual arts with children and adults alike.

“It is so important to our health and well being to be able to sing, play, dance, laugh, learn and express ourselves creatively”.

Anna has two children of her own and is well aware of the immeasurable benefits of introducing children to music at an early age.  Her goal is to continue to inspire people of all ages to discover the joy found in music and for us all to make it a part of our daily lives.
