The Music Tree is a stimulating early childhood music, dance, craft and party program catering for children from birth to 8 years of age. Music classes are a mixture of songs and activities designed for enjoyment and the promotion of specific learning and developmental goals. The Music Tree offers parent/child music classes for babies and pre-schoolers as well as instrumental classes in piano, keyboard, guitar and ukulele. Individual tuition is also available for piano/keyboard students. The Music Tree has a Dance program for children from 3 to 6 and a Craft/Cooking program for 3 to 5 year olds. We can also offer you some great Party solutions to take the hassle out of your child's next birthday. See our Parties page! The Music Tree can tailor make a music, dance or craft session to suit your school, playgroup or other special event. These can be a one off booking or you may wish to book a regular program. Past events we have performed at include: Carols By Candlelight, Communities for Children Expos, Playgroup Tasmania's Teddy Bear's Picnic, St Giles Kidsfest, The Duck Race, school fairs and socials, the Carnivale after the Christmas Parade, and in 2012 we will be at Festivale.
