Accounts
Account payment is due within 30 days of the date on accounts and can be made by cheque, direct deposit or cash. All overdue accounts will incur a late fee.

A $20 deposit per child must be paid and sent separately to confirm all enrollments. Make all cheques payable to The Music Tree. Please send cheques to: The Music Tree, PO Box 8051, Trevallyn, 7250. Alternatively you can pay by direct deposit to: BSB 017-042, account number 4953-79007.All lessons take place at The Punchbowl Christian Centre, 100 Punchbowl Road.

Family Discounts
Two or more children enrolled will receive a $2 discount for the 2nd and any subsequent children.

CONDITIONS OF TUITION 2012

Absentee Policy
Missed lessons will not be refunded, but a make up lesson may be done on another day if there is availability in another class. All make up lessons must be taken within the term with a maximum of 3 lessons per term.

Cancellation Policy
If lessons are cancelled within the first two weeks of booking, no cancellation fee applies, but those two lessons must be paid for. However, after this period, a booking and administration fee of $30 will be incurred in addition to the fees for lessons up to the time of cancellation. All cancellations must be to Tonya either in person, by phone or email.
